Request Authorization
Log into your wholesale account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive a unique return reference number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in a padded envelope with your RMA slip included to prevent transit damage and ensure a smooth processing experience.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the hygiene seals are intact, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or wholesale account within 5 business days.
